摘要
随着我国企业管理科学化要求的提高,人力资源定量化管理将成为企业人力资源管理不可或缺的组成部分。笔者从构建科学合理的人力资源管理统计指标体系的意义、原则开始,着重选取企业人力资源的量与质、变动情况、投入与使用、工作时间利用、劳动生产率、劳动薪酬、职业技能开发等方面,就构建相应的统计指标体系作一些探讨。
With the improvement of scientific administration in enterprises, quantity administration of human resources will become the indispensable part of human resources management. Beginning with the principle and signi - ficance ,this paper studies the establishment of administration statistical index system with focus on the indexes concerning quality and quantity, change, invest and exploitation of human resources, working time arrangement, productivity, salary and vocational skill tapping.
