Cultivation of Physical Education on Student's Social Adaptation Capacity

本文通过对文献资料和教学实践的总结分析,阐述了体育教学中应通过不同的教学方法和手段,增强学生的体质,提高学生的心理素质,培养学生的社会适应能力,促进学生社会化的发展。

Through making summary on literature and practical teaching experience, this paper points out that physical education teaching should use the different teaching methods and ways, improve student＇s physical fitness and mental quality, cultivate student＇s social adaptation capacity and promote the development of student＇s socialization.
