西安某高等院校食堂餐具大肠菌群检测结果分析

摘要 目的了解西安高等院校食堂餐具的卫生状况,为进一步做好食堂饮食卫生防疫工作提供科学依据。 方法对西安某院校2003/2005的3个年度餐具的大肠菌群进行检测,检测资料采用X^2检验,并依据GJB1339-2标准对其卫生状况进行评价。 结果3a中大肠菌群超标率随年度依次分别为27.99%、15.99%和7.83%,呈明显地逐年下降趋势(X^2=278.11,P〈0.01)。 结论该校食堂餐具整体卫生状况尚可,但也存在着不同程度的污染,应加大落实饮食规章制度的检查监督力度,重点应放在对餐具的有效消毒和防止其二次污染方面。 Aim To explore the state of hygiene in college canteens in Xi'an city so that the scientific standards can be obtained, which may guide the improvement of state of hygiene and epidemic prevention. Methods The cutlery from 2003 to 2005 in a college were detected, and the data of coil-group were checked with X^2. The state of hygiene was evaluated according to GJB1339-2. Results The above-norm rate of coli-group in the three years was 27. 99% in 2003, 15.99% in 2004 and 7.83% in 2005, which showed a significant decrease year by year (X^2=278. 11, P〈0. 01) . Conclusion The state of hygiene in the college is all right, but there exist different degrees of contamination. Therefore, detection should be strengthened and the key point is to disinfect the cutlery and prevent them from a second contamination.
