天眩清注射液与曲克路丁氯化钠注射液治疗眩晕的疗效对比观察

Comparative observation of effects of gastrodin injection and troxerutin sodium chloride injection in the treatment of vertigo

目的比较天眩清注射液与曲克路丁氯化钠注射液对眩晕的疗效。 方法将130例眩晕患者随机分成两组．治疗组72例。对照组58例，两组均在治疗原发病的基础上治疗组另加天眩清注射液600mg静滴，1次·d^-1；对照组另加曲克路丁氯化钠注射液100mg静滴，1次·d^-1。两组均以10d为1疗程。 结果治疗组72例中治愈42例．有效24例。无效6例．总有效率为91．7％；对照组58例中治愈26例．有效20例，无效12例．总有效率79．3％。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），且无不良反应发生。 结论天眩清注射液治疗眩晕疗效高．无不良反应，安全可靠。

Aim To compare the effects of Gastrodin injection and Troxerutin sodium chloride injection in the treatment of vertigo Methods 130 cases with vertigo were randomized into 2 groups-72 cases in the treatment group and 58 cases in the control group. On the basis of the treatment of the primary diseases, the treatment group was given 600mg of gastrodin injection intravenously once a day, while the control group 100mg of troxerutin sodium chloride injection intravenously once a day. The treatment in both groups lasted 10 days. Results 42 of 72 cases in the treatment group were cured, 24 cases improved, 6 cases had no effect and the total effective rate was 91.7%. In the control group, 26 of 58 cases were cured, 20 improved, 12 had no effect and the total effective rate was 79.30. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）, and there were no bad effects. Conclusion Gastrodin injection is effective in the treatment of vertigo, which has no side effects and is safe.
