综合治疗儿童弱视131眼疗效观察

Combined treatment of amblyopia in children --An observation of 131 cases

目的探讨提高少年儿童弱视治疗的方法及效果。 方法对90例（131眼）弱视儿童采用矫正屈光不正、遮盖疗法、弱视治疗仪训练、压抑疗法等综合治疗。 结果131眼治愈56眼（42．7％）．进步62眼（47．3％），无效13眼（10．0％），总有效率90．1％。 结论早期发现和诊断．及时有效的治疗．正确的健康指导，家长的积极配合．随诊和延时治疗是治疗儿童弱视的关键。

Aim To study and improve the methods and effects of treatment of amblyopia in children. Methods 90 children （131 eyes） with amblyopia were treated with dioptric correctness, covering therapy; exercise through amblyopia therapeutic device and inhibition method. Results 56 eyes （42. 7%） were cured; 62 eyes （47.3%） were improved; 13 eyes （10.0%） had no effect. The total effective rate was 90. 1%. Conclusion The keys as to the successful treatment of amblyopia in children include early detection and diagnosis, in-time and effective treatment, correct health advice and the cooperation of parents.
