十全洗液的制备与临床应用

目的制备十全洗液．建立质量控制标准．初步进行疗效观察。 方法按照水提醇沉法制备十全洗液．并用于临床，对120例病人进行疗效观察。 结果本制剂制备工艺简单．易操作．质量可靠．临床治疗有效率达94．1％．治愈率81．7％．临床疗效试验组优于对照组（〈0．05）。 结论十全洗液组方合理．质量可靠．临床疗效显著。

Aim To prepare Shiuan lition, to set up the quality control standards and to observe its curative effect. Methods We adopted water-extraction and alcohol- precipitation to make Shiquan lotion and used it in the medical treatment. We observed the clinical curative effect of 120 patients. Results The process was simple and convenient, and the quality was good. The curative effect was 94. 1%. The full recovery was 81.7%. The experimental group was better than the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The preparation of the drug is reasonable, the quality of which is steady and has good curative effects
