孤独症患儿局部脑血流灌注变化研究

Study on cerebral blood flow with 99mTc-ECD imaging for autistic children

目的评估孤独症患儿局部脑血流灌注的变化状况。方法对17例孤独症患儿与26例排除各种神经、精神疾病,头部CT或MRI检查均无异常的其它疾病患儿分别采用双探头单光子发射型计算机断层摄影仪和99mTc-ECD显像剂对两组进行局部脑血流灌注显像,以半定量方法分析脑内局部血流量的变化。结果孤独症患儿颞叶、尾状核、壳核、丘脑下部、海马、枕叶的血流量均存在不同程度的下降,与其它疾病患儿比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论99mTc-ECD显像剂脑血流灌注显像对儿童孤独症的诊断和治疗有一定的帮助。

Objective To explore the clinical value of semi-quantitative cerebral blood flow imaging in the diagnosis of children autism. Methods Total 1 7 cases diagnosed with autism were examined with cerebral blood flow imaging and 26 normal children were used as control. Semi-quantltative analysis methods were used to estimate the changes of region cerebral blood flow. Results Comparing with normal children, region blood flow of temporal lobe, caudatrum, putamen, partes inferior of cerebral ganglia, hippocampus and occipital lobe in autism children is decreased statistically（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Semi-quantitative cerebral blood flow imaging is help of diagnose and treatment of children autism.
