摘要
目的探讨强迫症患者的述情障碍状况与临床症状严重程度的相关性。方法对43例强迫症患者和38名健康志愿者采用多伦多述情障碍量表和YALE-BROWN强迫量表进行评定。结果强迫症患者多伦多述情障碍量表总分及F1、F2因子分均高于健康对照组(P<0.05);总分及各因子分均与YALE-BROWN强迫量表分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论强迫症患者存在明显的述情障碍,主要表现为感受辨认和感受描述能力方面。
Objective To explore the correlation between alexithymia and severity of clinical symptoms of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD). Methods 43 patients and 38 healthy volunteers were assessed with the Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS) and Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y- BOCS). Results Total score and scores of F1 and F2 of the TAS were higher in the OCD than in control group(P〈0.05) ; total score and factors' scores were positively related to the score of the Y-BOCS(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The OCD patients have significant alexithymia, especially capacities of feeling identify and description.
