摘要
总结了目前使用比较广泛的四种单片机上电初始化电路,为微分型、积分型初始化电路建立了数学模型,并应用数学模型和实验数据比较分析了它们在使用中的可靠性.最后提出了设计硬件初始化电路应注意的问题及提高抗干扰性的措施.
The paper tends to summarize four types of power-up initializing circuits of Morochip computer widely used at the present time, to set up mathematical models for different-type circuit and integrd-type Circuit, to make a systematic analysis of reliability in their use with the aid of mathematical models and experimental data, and to generalize the usual problems in the course of designing hardware initializing circuit as well as some effective measures to enhance the capacity of anti-interference.
