摘要
通过对参加有氧搏击操训练18周的30名女大学生锻炼前后的各项身心指标进行测试与对比,结果显示:长期的有氧搏击操训练可使体型、体成分发生明显的改变,身体素质、心肺功能明显提高,焦虑症和抑郁症明显降低.
We made a comparison of the physical and mental indexes of 30 female college students who have participated in the aerobic boxing training for 18 weeks. It shows that long-term aerobic boxing training has a profound effect on physical form and constitution. It can also improve their physical conditions and the functions of heart and lung, and relieve anxiety and depression .
