摘要
应用型人才培养激励机制的构建,要以“调动学生学习积极性、主动性和创造性”为核心,从加快现代化建设的战略高度着眼,按照系统性,适用性、开放性、主体性、奖励性原则,从精神激励、教学激励、制度激励、教师激励着手。构建激励机制的关键在教师。
Applied talents training and stimulating system construction have to foetus on encouraging students＇ study enthusiasm, inspiring their study go-aheadism and creativity, and have speeding up modern construction in mind and lake measures from stimulating of sprite, system, teachers based on principle of system, applicability, opening, main-body and rewarding. Its key point is teachers.
