对高职校企合作模式的探讨

校企合作对于高等职业技术院校办学是不可或缺的基本条件,这是高等职业技术教育的基本属性决定的。目前各高职院校的校企合作大都属于浅层次的合作。为深入开展校企合作,高职院校应根据自身的特点和优势,选择校办产业(企业)、行业(企业)办学、校企股份合作等模式进行合作办学,这有利于校企合作的发展。

Cooperation of higher vocational colleges with enterprises is not absent condition for higher vocational colleges＇ development, which is decided by its basic attribute. At present, this kind of cooperation is only at lower level. In order to deepen it, higher vocational colleges should select college company, industry, and college-enterprise share cooperation mode to run colleges to be benefit both sides.
