高职院校教师担负着培养实用型高技能专门人才的重任,他们须具有适应社会变革的素养,而保持健康的身体和良好的心理素质、稳定的情绪状态更为重要。文中针对当前高职教师所具备的素质进行相关的分析与论证。

Teachers of higher vocational education have task of training applied talents who have higher technology skill. Therefore it is very important for them having quality to meet social reform, keeping healthy body and good psychological quality and stable emotion. Related analysis and argumentation that higher vocational teachers should have are discussed in the paper.
