浅谈高职院校教师心理健康问题及对策

On Teachers’ Psychological Healthy in Higher Vocational College and Count Measurement

针对目前高职院校教师心理状况进行调查,在肯定其主流是健康的前提下,分析了自卑心理、不满情绪、成就感较低等不良心理倾向的主要表现,并有针对性提出解决这些问题的若干对策。

Investigation was conducted based on status of teachers＇ psychological healthy in higher vocational college. Several harmful psychological trends, such as self-contempt mind, dissatisfaction emotion, lower achievement feeling, etc. are all discussed in the paper under the precondition of affirming most of their mind being healthy. Some count measurement to deal with the problems is also put out too.
