摘要
目前,我国金融业总体上看仍实行分业制经营模式,随着全球经济一体化和金融自由化的发展,分业经营已无法满足企业全方位的金融服务和居民多样化的金融服务需要,实行混业经营是我国金融业发展的必然选择。
Presently, financial industry of China still uses separation management mode. With the integrating of global economy and with the developing of financial liberalization, separation management can not meet the demand of overall financial service for enterprises and diversified financial service for residents. Implementation of mixed management is the necessary choice of financial industry of China.
