本文重点分析了1947到1948年间国际社会在围绕犹太人建国问题上的立场与政策。客观评价了英国“抽身”政策的作用和美国、苏联等大国对犹太人建国的支持,对包括中国在内的大多数国家的意愿也作出了较为全面和公正的阐述。重温这一段历史,将会有助于在中东地区实现全面、持久的和平,对以色列而言犹其如此。

This paper emphatically analyzes the standpoint and policy on the establishment of Israel,which international society held during 1947--1948, objectively comments on withdrawing policy of Britain and the strong support US, USSR provided, and gives an overall description of the wish of most nations, including China. Reviewing history of this period will help achieve overall and lasting peace in the Middle East, especially Israeli.
