特发性血小板减少性紫癜的抗幽门螺杆菌治疗
Eradication of Helicobacter Pylori Infection in the Patients with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura
摘要
特发性血小板减少性紫癫（ITP）是以出血及外周血血小板减少、骨髓巨核细胞数正常或增多伴有成熟障碍为主要表现的疾病。ITP患者体内产生血小板自身抗体与血小板膜糖蛋白（GPs）结合后,使得血小板在网状内皮系统（RES）被大量破坏,而形成出血症状。
