分光光度法测定脉康合剂中木耳多糖含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究脉康合剂中木耳多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用分光光度法,以5%苯酚溶液与硫酸显色,测定波长为490 nm。结果 D-无水葡萄糖浓度线性范围是2.46-7.38μg/mL,r=0.999 5;平均回收率为99.73%,RSD=1.11%。结论该方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为脉康合剂的含量测定方法。 Objective To study the determination of agaric polysaccharide in Maikang mixture by visible spectrophotography. Methods Adopting the 5% phenol and vitriol as color indicator, agaric polysaccharide was measured by visible spectrophotography. The detective wavelength was 490 nm. Results The method was linear in the range of 2.46- 7.38μg of anhydrous glucose. The average recovery, was 99.73%, RSD was 1. 11%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and repeatable. The established standard is testified as an effective quality control method for Maikang mixture.
