口译训练与实践中的知识积累

译员的知识基础对其成功完成口译任务具有不可或缺的作用。翻译过程中的理解是译员分析整合语言知识与语言外知识的结果,而口译职业的特性要求译员同时具备一般性知识与技术性知识。在从不同维度对口译的知识体系进行分析的基础上,本文就口译训练与实践中的知识积累提出了一些具体的思路。

Interpreters＇ knowledge base plays a crucial role in successful interpreting practice. Comprehension in translation process results from analysis and integration of knowledge of language and extralinguistic knowledge. Interpreters need both general know ledge and technical knowledge to address challenges of the profession. Based on a multi-dimensional analysis of the knowledge system in interpreting, the present article proposes some practical approaches for knowledge build-up in interpreters＇ training and practice.
