盐酸乌苏里藜芦碱对犬血流动力学的实验观察

Effects of Vera-U on hemodynamics in anesthetized dogs

辽宁千山产乌苏里藜芦生物碱具有迅速、强大的降压作用，并对麻醉犬的多项血流动力学参数产生明显影响，１μｇ·ｋｇ－１、３μｇ１ｋｇ－１的盐酸乌苏里藜芦碱可使受试动物的ＢＰ、ＬＶＰ、ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ、ＬＶＷＩ和ＭＶＯ２Ｉ发生显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），使ＣＯ明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果提示，盐酸藜芦碱的降压作用主要是通过扩血管、降低心脏负荷来实现的。是否有中枢性降压机制的参与还有待探讨。

Vera-U is an extracted alkaloids of Veratrum nigrum Var ussuriense.The paper reported that effects of Vera-U on hemodynamics in anesthetized dogs.The results showed that Vera-U(1μg·kg-1 and 3μg·kg-1·iv)decreased LVP 27.0% and 48.8% respectively. Whereas dp/dtmax was reduced 22.2% and 43.1%.CO was decreased 26.1% and 42.9%. MBP was lowered maximally 25.3% and 51.6%.In addition,LVWI and MVO2I also obviously were decreased(P<0.01).TPVR(3μg·kg-1·iv) reduced about 15%.These effects was shown dose dependently.The above results suggested that Vera-U iv decreased cardiac contractility,reduced CO and decreased TPVR. The effects may be partly mechanism of hypotensive action of Vera-U.
