摘要
本文介绍了自体肋软骨听骨链重建术。术后经６月～６年随访，１０２耳听力提高１５ｄＢ以上或达应用水平者８８耳（８６．３％）。气骨导差缩至２０ｄＢ以内者为６８耳（６６．６％）。对１年内集中手术的５２耳作了１０～１１年随访。
The operating processes of ossicular reconstruction with auto rib cartilage were introduced.The postoperative follow-ups of 102 ears from 6 monthes to 6 years showed a hearing improvement of 15 dB or to applied hearing level in 88 ears(86.3%).Air-bone gap was decreased to within 20 dB in 68 ears (66.6%).The 52 ears operated in one year have been followedup from 10 year to 11 year.
