视网膜母细胞瘤的临床诊治（附7例追加报告）

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of retinoblastoma(Additional report of 7 cases)

视网膜母细胞瘤是儿童最常见的眼内恶性肿瘤。本文追加报告７例视网膜母细胞瘤的临床治疗经验。除１例外，这些病例的年龄都在５岁以下，最小年龄为１０个月，并无性别偏向，所有肿瘤均属单侧。６例肿瘤在眼内期，１例青光眼期。治疗采用眼球摘除术，仅１例晚期肿瘤术后转移死亡。最后还讨论了有关视网膜母细胞瘤遗传、临床诊断、鉴别诊断、病理学特征、治疗和预后等方面的一些最近进展。

Retinoblastoma is the most common intraocular malignant in children.In this paper,the clinical managment experimences in 7 cases of RB were additional reported. Except one,the ages of these patients were all under 5 years of old.The minimum age was 10 months.There is no sexual predisposition and the tumor occurs unilaterally in all the cases.The tumor was in intraocular stage in six patients and in glaucoma stage,one patient.Enucleation was adapted for treatment.Only one patient in far-advanced lesion was died with metastasis following operation.The current progress on inheritance,clinical diagnosis,differential diagnosis,pathological pathognomonic,treatment and prognosis related RB was also disscussed.
