试析西方国家“政党危机”的根源及其启示

Analysis of the Factors and Significance of the Political Party Crisis in Western World

自20世纪80年代以来，西方国家出现了一场持续的“政党危机”。西方国家的“政党危机”不是一时一事的偶发现象，其根源是多方面的。我国同样存在着西方“政党危机”的潜在背景，因而西方国家的“政党危机”对我们完善社会主义政党制度具有警示意义，其治理对策又对我国加强和完善党的建设具有启示作用。

Since 20th century 80＇s, the political party crisis broke out continuously in western world. It functioned by many factors, not by simple accidents. The same crisis background and situation always exist in Chinese Communist Party. Thus to analyze the political party crisis and their countermeasures which the governments took in western world can be of great significance to strengthen the Party＇s construction.
