口服安体舒通治疗痤疮的疗效观察

A Clinical Observation on Treating Acne with Spironolactonum

应用安体舒通治疗女性寻常性痤疮３４例，结果显效率１７．６５％，总有效率７９．４１％。服药后，除出现２例排尿增多，１例月经周期缩短外，未发现任何严重副作用。

Thirty-four women with acne vulgaris were treated with Spironolactonum.The results showed that the markedly effective rate was 17.65% and the total effective rate 79.41%.No serious side effects were observed.
