The speed of casting javelin is the nost important factor which deterrmines the result of the attentive achievement. Through the discussion about the casting speed training of the excellent athlete - Tong Lin, we can pursue and formulate the behavioral speed training plan appropriate for the said athlete, so that the training work may have more pertinence.
