关于普通高校成人教育发展的思考

Thoughts on the development of adult education in ordinary universities

普通高校的成人高等教育存在认识不到位、投入不到位、管理不到位等问题。在新时期新形势下,普通高校成人高等教育要进一步更新观念,提高认识;理顺关系,完善机制;加强师资队伍建设,培养一批专业化的成人教育管理干部;改革教学内容和教学方法;加强成人高等教育质量监控,建立评估制度,促进成人教育的健康发展。

At present, problems of lack of recognition, not enough investment and not powerful management exist in higher adult education in ordinary universities. Under the new circumstances, higher adult education in ordinary universities needs to upgrade ideas, improve knowledge, tidy the relationships, perfect the system, strengthen the construction of the team of staff, cultivate a group of professional administrative personnel for adult education management, reform the teaching content and method, intensify the monitoring of the quality of higher adult education, build a system of evaluation, and promote the healthy development of adult education.
