肾移植患者术后并发巨细胞病毒感染性肺炎的护理

Nursing of Kidney-transplanted Patients Complicated with Infection of Cytomegalovirus Pheumonia

报道了肾移植患者术后并发巨细胞病毒感染性肺炎的护理。针对患者的心理状态制定心理护理计划,根据其症状特点,做好发热期护理及氧疗护理,在机械通气期间做好通气管道护理,尽快撤除呼吸机,严格执行消毒隔离制度,预防继发感染。认为巨细胞病毒感染性肺炎起病急、病情重,早诊断、早治疗、给予有效细致护理是治疗成功的关键。

The authors reported their nursing experience in caring 21 kidney-transplanted patients combined with infection ofcytomegalovirus pheumonia. In their practice, they worked out a plan for mental care according to patient＇s mental situation,performed fever care and oxygen therapy care based on their symptoms, conducted well the care of air tract at ventilation, withdrewthe inhalation machine as quickly as possible, strictly obeyed the system for isolation and disinfection and prevented the secondaryinfections. They concluded that early diagnosis and early treatment together with early tender care is key to the treatment because thepneumonia from infection of cytomegalovirus pheumonia is critical and acute.
