氧气雾化治疗急性结膜炎患者效果观察及护理 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨氧气雾化治疗急性结膜炎患者的疗效及护理。方法60例(100只眼)急性结膜炎患者,经抽签法随机分为两组,其中观察组33例(56只眼),对照组27例(44只眼)。观察组应用药物通过氧气雾化进行患眼治疗,而对照组则采用滴眼药水法及全身用药等治疗。治疗1周后进行效果评价及自制调查问卷调查两组患者舒适度。结果观察组的治疗效果和舒适度均显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论氧气雾化在急性结膜炎患者的应用,患者自我感觉舒适,满意度高,且提高疗效、缩短病程,效果显著。 Objective To explore the effect of oxygen atomization in the treatment of acute conjunctivitis patients. Methods Sixtyacute conjunctivitis patients were double blind randomized into observational group and control group: 33 in the former group treatedand cared with oxygen atomization and another 27 as controls just treated with drip collyria and medication. After a week of treatmentand care, all of them were assessed about the effect and investigated about their satisfaction via a self-deslgned questionnaire.Results The curative effect and satisfaction degree in observational group were better than those in the control group (P〈0.001).Conclusion Application of oxygen atomization in the treatment of acute conjunctivitis patients is effective in enhancing the comfortof patients, increasing therapeutic efficacy and ultimately shortening the course of disease.
