重危患者家属需求量表中文修订版的探讨

On the Chinese Version of Critical Care Family Needs Inventory

目的形成重危患者家属需求量表(CCFNI)的中文修订版。方法通过对CCFNI翻译、回译、内在一致性和等同性检验等过程形成中文修订版,进行信效度检验后微调、定版;并应用于小样本人群检验中文修订版信效度及稳定性。结果本量表信度分析显示:支持因子的Cronbach’sα系数最高为0.81,获取信息因子最低,为0.65,说明量表有较好的信度;5个因子的标准关联效度Pearson相关系数均在0.70以上,说明中英版本CCFNI之间相关性较好;区分效度除支持因子外,其他因子得分患者家属和护士的差别都有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明中文版CCFNI可以区分不同人群。结论中文版CCFNI可以在国内ICU等领域应用,但还需要不断修订和完善,解决跨文化等问题,使之更符合国情。

Objective To modify Critical Care Family Needs Inventory （CCFNI） into a Chinese Version. Methods The Chinese version was developed through a few steps including translation, counter-translation and inspection of internal accordance and equality.It was determined after test of reliability and validity and readjustment and further used in a sample of small population for testing itsreliability, validity and stability. Results Analysis of reliability of the Chinese Version showed that Cronbach＇s Alpha coefficient inthe supportive factor was the highest （0.81） , but that in information acquisition factor the lowest （0.65）, indicating the modified version is reliable and valid. The criterion-related validity Pearson coefficients in the five factors were all more than 0.70, indicating better correlation between the original and modified versions. Discrimination validity between family and nurse were all statistically significant except the supportive factor （P〈0.01）, indicating the Chinese version can discriminate people of different groups. Conclusion The Chinese Version of CCFNI is applicable in 1CU in China but it necds further modification to solve the problems in crossculture, making it more fit to Chinese condition.
