Literature Analysis on Lamivudine Adverse Reactions

目的:探讨拉米夫定不良反应的一般规律和特点。方法:对1999年～2005年国内医药学术期刊报道的43例拉米夫定不良反应案例进行统计、分析。结果:拉米夫定不良反应多发生于8a～45a男性;发生时间无规律性;临床表现以神经系统反应和肝炎病情加重为主。结论:临床应重视拉米夫定的不良反应,以确保用药安全。

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the general rules 8nd characteristics of adverse drug reaetions（ADRs） of lamivudine. METHODS： 43 national case reports of ADRs of lamivudine between 1999 and 2005 were classified and analyzed statistically. RESULTS：The affected patients ranged in age from 8 years to 45 years,with more males than females,There were no rules in the onset time of ADRs.The ADRS were mainly characterized by nervous system responses and aggravation of hepatitis in clinic.CONCLUSION：Great importance should be attached to ADRs of lamivudine to ensure the safety of drug use in clinic.
