摘要
19名受试者前额脑电的观测结果表明,额叶两则脑电波的瞬间幅值差具有低频涨落性质。禅功修炼明显增大其涨落幅度,且在α-2和β频段的增幅最大,这种禅修脑电特点可能与禅定中特有的“喜乐”情绪和“觉观”等思维活动有关。
