摘要
通过对掺Sr杂质的BaF2晶体进行辐照实验,研究BaF2晶体质子辐照的荧光谱特性,发现BaF2晶体质子辐照存在荧光增强效应,出现峰值为346nm锐峰。分析认为这与质子辐照引起的离子价态变化相关联,346nm荧光峰发射出自Sr2+离子。
The article reports the results of study of fluorescence spectra when proton irradiating BaF2: Sr crystals. It is showed that the fluorescence increasing phenomena of BaF2 crystals irradiated by proton and there is a sharp peak at 346nm to be observed. The results present that a valance state in BaF2 crystals can be changed during proton irradiation process and the 3d6nm peak comes from Sr2 + fluorescence emission.
