摘要
本文从循环经济视角下来探讨产权制度创新问题,认为资源稀缺性要素的转移是发展循环经济的根本原因,技术创新和产业组织创新是解决资源稀缺的主要途径,而技术创新和产业组织创新又离不开产权制度创新,产权制度创新是发展循环经济的根本制度保障。
Property rights institutional innovation will be explored from the view of circular economy in the paper. Translation of main scarce resource factors is thought to be the fundamental reason for circular economy demand, and technology innovation and the organizational innovation of industry are two main solutions to solve resource scarcity problem. However, technology innovation and the organizational innovation of industry depend closely on property rights institutional innovation, which, in turn, is the fundamental institutional safeguard for circular economy development.
