摘要
以道外八区体育场周边地区城市设计为例,阐述在旧城区改造中,应充分发挥改造地段对周边地区的带动作用,从而激发老城区活力。在深入调研、分析的基础上,确立科学合理的设计目标和开发模式;整合基地景观要素,营造良好的环境意象;通过多方案综合比选,从而确定最终实施方案。
With urban design of Daowai Baqu stadium surrounding area as a case, this paper introduces how does the revitalization area drive the surrounding area and inspire the vigor of the old district. Firstly, it sets a scientific and reasonable design target and development mode based on the site survey and analysis; then well arranges the landscape of the area for creating a pleasant environmental image; finally chooses the best scheme through comparison.
