Clinical Analysis of 6 Cases of the Glomus Jugular Tumors

报告６例颈静脉球体瘤病例，多以搏动性耳鸣、耳聋、耳流脓血为主诉就诊，常伴有多个颅神经损害症状，单凭症状极易造成误诊。Ｘ线乳突拍片、ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ、头颈部放射性介入对辅助诊断、了解肿瘤范围有重要价值。确诊靠病理组织学检查。治疗以手术为主，对肿瘤范围较大者，可采用放射治疗加手术。术中大量出血和肿瘤残留是治疗的难点，采用放射介入栓塞可达到减少术中出血和治疗的目的。

The paper reports six cases of glomus jugular tumor,misdiagnosis was always made based on the comples clinical complains, which include pulsatory tinnitics, deafness and ottopyosis accompanied by signs of multipul cramal nerve lesion. Mastoid x-ray's plain film. CT. MRI were useful in finding out the range of the tumor and very helpful to the diagnosis. To make a definite diagnosis relied on pathological examination. The patients were treated mainly with surgical operation and operation plus radio therapy for the larger tumor. The large amount of bleeding in the operation and the remains of the tumor were difficult to. Interventional occlusion therapy before the operation can reduce bleeding during operation and obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect.
