随着我国汽车时代的到来,城市规划中长期忽视停车设施的规划与建设,致使城市停车问题日益突出。本文针对茂名市停车现状,并结合国外停车建设及管理上的先进经验,就如何应对茂名市停车问题提出了一些相应的对策。
