Study on the dissolution of indapamide tablets

目的:对不同厂家吲达帕胺片的溶出度数据进行多种曲线拟合分析。方法:对5厂家生产的吲达帕胺片溶出度进行测定,并将溶出数据用多种曲线进行拟合,分析拟合效果。结果:吲达帕胺片用不同的曲线模型进行拟合,相关性存在极其显著差异(p<0.01)。结论:处理药物的溶出数据不能用单一模型进行拟合,而应该用多种模型拟合从中择优。

Objective： To fit dissolution data gained from indapamide tablets of different factories with different curve. Method： The dissolution of indapamide tablets made from five manufactures were determined, the dissolution data were fitted with several curve and the results of curve fitting were analyzed. Results： The correlation of different curve has very significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： we should select the best model among many mathematic equations rather than deal with dissolutin data only by one certain model.
