摘要
目的:建立盐酸普罗帕酮片溶出度的测定方法。方法:以盐酸溶液(9→1000)为溶剂,转速50 r·min^(-1),检测波长210 nm。结果:浓度与吸收度呈良好线性,r=0.9999,低、中、高3种浓度的方法回收率在99.5%~100.1%。结论:该法简便、准确,可用于该片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method of dissolution of propafenone hydrochloride tablets. Method: Regarding hydrochloric acid aqua (9→1000) as the solvent, the speed rate for 50 r·min^-1, Examination wave - length is 210 nm. Results: Thick degree and absorb the degree to report the good line, r =0.9999, The method recovery of low, mediun and high concentration were within 99.5% - 100.1%. Conclusion: The method is specific and accurate, and can be used for quatity control of the tropisetron mesylate tablets.
