员工组织关系研究新思路——双向视角的I-P/C模型 被引量:2

摘要 随着经济发展越来越多的企业面临着雇佣关系的挑战。员工-组织关系(EmployeeOrganizationRelationship)也成为研究的热点。过去的员工-组织关系研究可分为员工角度和组织角度两大类,企业员工-组织关系的双向视角研究极少。本文在过去研究的基础上提出了双向视角的I-P/C员工-组织关系模型。
