减少络筒纱毛羽的途径和措施

Discussion the way and production process of decreasing the winding yarn hairiness

结合生产实践,分析了络筒机设备状态、操作等因素对络筒纱毛羽的影响,结果表明,络筒毛羽与络筒机机械状态有关。要减少络纱毛羽,除保持机械状态良好外,还要合理选择工艺参数,选择涡流喷嘴和气圈限位器高度及气圈破裂器。

Some factors affecting the winding yarn hairiness , such as winding frame installation state ,operating ect. are analyzed by producing process and testing. The result showed that there are some relations between the winding frame installation state and the winding yarn hairiness, in order to reduce the winding yarn hairiness , retaining the good mechance device first , some processing parameters such as rational process parameters vortex jet nozzle, balloon burst instrument should be rationally selected second.
