摘要
研究了棉秆浆无元素氯短程序DQP漂白各段工艺条件。研究结果显示,D段在用氯量1%时能获得较好的漂白效果,白度可以达到75%ISO以上;D段在其它条件不变时,硫酸用量在2.5%以内用量越多漂白效果越好,但是纤维降解增加,硫酸用量不宜超过1.5%;P段中的NaOH用量为1%时漂白效果较好,P段H2O2用量超过1.5%以上白度几乎不再提高,而纸浆粘度和尘埃度随着H2O2用量增加继续下降。
Technological conditions of each stage during DQP bleaching of cotton stalk soda-AQ pulp were studied in this paper. The results indicated that the DQP bleached pulp could reach 75% ISO brightess as 1.0% ClO2 was used in D stage. At the same other conditions, with the increase of H2SO4 dosage within 2.5% in D stage, the brightness of DQP bleached pulp increased, but the viscosity of the pulp decreased. The suitable H2SO4 dosage in D stage was 1.5%. In P stage, 1% of NaOH charge and 1.5% of H2O2 dosage resulted in better bleaching effect. With the increase of H2O2 dosage, both pulp viscosity and dirt count number reduced.
