摘要
文章介绍了MRPⅡE/RP系统中核心模块MRP的概念和运转逻辑,对其算法的计算机实现过程进行了分析,探讨了一种通过改进BOM的文件结构从而降低MRP运算复杂度的方法,并结合一个办公设备制造企业的信息化需求,对该方法进行了应用验证。
MRP is the most important module in MRP Ⅱ/ERP.In this paper, the concept and the operation logic of MRP are introduced.Based on the analysis of the implementation procedure of traditional algorithm,an object oriented method is discussed and proposed that operation complexity can be lowered by means of improving the file structure of BOM. The feasibility of this method is verified according to the requirements of a manufacturing enterprise information system.
