Development Trend of Cereal Further Processing Technology During Eleventh-Five Plan in our Country

在总结“十五”期间我国粮食深加工科技取得重大成果的基础上,对我国“十一五”粮食深加工科技研究的发展趋势进行探索和研究,为我国粮食深加工中长期发展思路提出建设性见解,供同行参考和借鉴。

The trend of cereal further processing technology during the Eleventh-Five Plan in our country was discussed and studied based on the summary of the great achievements in cereal tunher processing during the Tenth-Five Plan. The constructive suggestions were offered for the long-term development of cereal further processing in our country and the references were provided for colleagues.
