街景建筑整治的设计过程分析——以重庆市朝天门某建筑整治为例

Analysis and Design of Building Renovation in Street Sight

旧建筑整治是街道景观整治的组成部分,也是城市有机更新的重要措施。本文以迎接重庆2005年亚太城市市长峰会所进行的街景整治规划中建筑单体的整治为例,对从前期调研分析到制定措施编码再到编码选择的整个过程进行了介绍,通过对相关设计策略的总结分析,希望对以后的旧建筑整治具有一定的参考和借鉴作用。

The old building＇s renovation is one part of the street sight renovating items, and is the important measure of the city renovation too. This paper is based on the actual single building＇s renovation which is belong to the whole renovation items of the street sight to welcome the Aisa Pacific cities summit in chongqing 2005. We pay our attention to the logic of the whole process from initial investigation to the measure codes and the codes selection. With this analysis we hope it is helpful for buildings renovation in the future.
