重庆旧城改造模式探讨

旧城改造是城市发展进程中的必然产物。重庆城市化水平在直辖七年以来稳步提高,取得飞速发展。本文针对重庆目前实行的旧城改造政策和措施,结合重庆老工业基地的背景和山地城市的地理环境,从土地产权、整体规划、拆迁安置、文物保护和资金等方面提出了个人的建议和思考,期望旧城改造工程真正落到实处,实现政府、开发商、拆迁户的利益多赢,增强城市的核心竞争力。

The modification of old city is the inevitable result in the process of city＇s development. Urbanization level of Chongqing is improving steadily and developing speedily within the seven years in directly under the jurisdiction of the central government. Addressing the policy and measure of the old city modification in Chongqing, combining the background of Chongqing as an old industrial base with its mountainous geographical environment, this article gives some individual considerations and recommendations on the old city＇s modification from the aspects such as land property right, overall plan, removal and settlement, historical relic＇s protection and fund, etc. and expects the improvement project in the old city to really fulfill, realizes the interests multi-win of the government, developer, relocation household, strengthens the key competitiveness of the city.
