论优化设计与工程项目建设的投资控制

The Investment Control of Optimization Design and Project Construction

工程项目建设的投资在项目实施前期、中期和后期都采取了相应的手段实施控制,但是,如何通过优化设计来有效控制投资,并未得到从投资者到监理、主管部门等各方的重视。本文首先结合实例论述了优化设计对工程项目建设投资的重要影响,然后分析了优化设计运作困难的主要原因,最后提出了搞好优化设计的几点建议。

Investment of the project items is been controlled by corresponding means before, during and after the project implementation, however, how to control investment effectively by optimizing design, have not got the attention of each side from investor to supervision and the responsible management. Firstly, this article describes the important influence on project items＇ investment of optimization design, then analyzes the main reason why the operation of optimization design is difficult, finally, proposes some suggestions on optimization design.
