摘要
CEO制度是当今世界500强企业普遍采用的一种对高级管理层的管理方式。当前,在中国实施CEO制度尚处于起步阶段,在中国民航企业中,实施CEO制度仍存在诸多障碍。从CEO制度的实质出发,结合中国民航企业的实际情况,提出中国民航企业建立CEO制度的实施策略。
The system of CEO is a management towards senior managers and lop-level executives of enterprises, which is now prevailing among worldwide 500 fortune companies, However, the system of CEO management is not quite mature and complete in China, and the process of establishing the system of CEO management in civil aviation enterprises of China also is not even or smooth. This thesis will attempt to probe the nature of CEO management and put forward some pragmatic strategies in implementing the establishment of the system of CEO management in civil aviatioo enterprises in consideration of the current circumstances of civil aviation enterprises of China.
