浅谈青霉素V钾片含量测定色谱条件的改进

Improve chromatographic determination condition of Penicillin V potassium Tablets

目的修订青霉素V钾片鉴别和含量测定方法的色谱条件。方法以VP-ODS柱为分析柱,pH值6.5的磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈(70∶30)为流动相,在268nm波长的条件下分离测定青霉素V钾,并对方法进行了验证。结果青霉素V钾与杂质完全分离,在10μg^40μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998。结论该色谱条件可用于青霉素V钾片的鉴别和含量测定,方法准确、简便、快捷。

OBJECTIVE To improve the HPLC method for identification and determination of Penicillin V potassium Tablets. METHODS The VP-ODS column was used, the mobile phase was phosphate buffer（pH was 6.5）-acetonitrile（70 ： 30）. Detection wavelength was at 268nm. RESULTS The penicillin V potassium and the impurity separate completely. The standard curve was linear in the concentration range10μg-40μg （ r =0.9998）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable,and can be used to control quality of Penicillin V potassium Tablets.
