摘要
改进布洛芬生产中的重排反应工艺。方法新工艺使用液体布洛芬锌替代氧化锌为重排催化剂,并且通过正交试验对工艺进行优化设计。结果及结论新较以往的反应,有反应温度降低、时间缩短、易控制、粗品颜色浅,收率达到88%等优点。
OBJECTIVE To improve the transforming craft in Ibuprofen production. METHODS Liquid Ibuprofen Zinc was substituted Zinc oxide work as catalyst,and carried on the orthogonal experiment to optimized the technique design. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Compared to the old motheds, the new way can decrease the reaction Temperature and reaction time,improve the qulity of products. The ratio can achieve to 88% ,and be suit for industrialization.
