Determination of Asiaticosides by UV-spectrophotography

目的研究用UV测定积雪草总苷含量的可行性。方法UV测定，检测波长276nm。结果积雪草总苷浓度在5．20μg／m1范围内与吸收度呈线性关系（r=0．9989）。方法回收率为102．15％，RSD为1．41％。结论该方法简便、灵敏准确。可用于积雪草总苷的含量测定。

Objective To develop a method for the determination of asiaticosides. Method A UV-spectrophotography method was established for the determination of asiaticosides at wavelength 276 nm. Result The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 5 to 20 μg · ml^- 1 （ r = 0. 9989）. The average recovery was 102.15% and RSD was 1.41%. Conclusion The method is simple, precise and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of asiatieosides.
